Judgment affirmed, with costs, on the ground that defendant Mueller has not established that he was a purchaser for a valuable consideration within the meaning of the Real Property Law. (Turner v. Howard, 10 App. Div. 555.) Hirschberg, Thomas, Carr and Rich, JJ., concurred; Burr, J., not voting.
