Simons v. Terminal Cab Corp. (240 A.D. 943, 1933)

Judgment affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Taylor, J., who dissents and votes for reversal on the law and facts on the ground that the finding of the jury that the accident was the proximate cause of the death of plaintiff’s intestate was contrary to and against the weight of the evidence.
