Chertoff v. Bedziner (271 A.D.2d 1019, 1947)

In an action to recover a real estate broker’s commissions, plaintiff appeals from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, reversing a judgment of the City Court of the City of Long Beach in plaintiff’s favor, and dismissing her complaint.
