Claim of Iskenderian v. Western Photo Engraving Co. (272 A.D.2d 837, 1947)

Decision of this court, handed down March 12, 1947 (271 App. Div. 1041), modified to read as follows: Award affirmed, with costs to the Workmen’s Compensation Board and the claimant, to be divided equally between them, and with disbursements to each against the appellants. All concur.
