Order denying plaintiff’s motion to punish the defendant for contempt of court for violation of a judgment which restrains him from prosecuting an action for divorce in a foreign jurisdiction on grounds not recognized in New York State, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Nolan, JJ., concur. [See 273 App. Div. 773.]
