Scarfone v. Ruggieri (277 A.D.2d 931, 1950)

In a proceeding pursuant to subdivision 1 of section 332 of the Election Law to cancel the enrollment of appellant with the Democratic Party on the ground of an alleged false material statement in the declaration upon which he was enrolled, order granting the petitioner’s motion for such cancellation affirmed, without costs.
