Brown v. Neely (277 A.D.2d 1126, 1950)

Appeal by defendants from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs, in an action for an injunction restraining defendants from interfering with the natural flow of a brook running through the properties of plaintiffs and defendants, which interference, plaintiffs claim, caused damage to their house.
