Actionable negligence cannot be predicated upon the failure of defendants to prevent the infant from trespassing in the building. (Carbone v. Mackchil Realty Corp., 296 N. Y. 154.) Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Wonzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
