Cruz v. Camden House Coup (284 A.D. 1036, 1954)

Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously reversed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellants, and the plaintiff’s motion, insofar as it seeks to examine the corporate defendant before trial through its employee, Anderson Robinson, is denied.
