People v. Ross (103 A.D.2d 758, 1984)

— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Edelstein, J.), rendered May 14, 1982, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
