People v. Humbert (11 A.D.2d 628, 1960)

Motion to prosecute appeal as a poor person, and for other relief, denied on the ground that the papers fail to show merit to the appeal. Memorandum: The conviction herein resulted from an indictment properly returned by a Grand Jury, and defendant cannot resort to coram nobis to review matters which occurred before the finding of the indictment.
