People v. Writer (18 A.D.2d 908, 1963)

Order of this court entered on June 14, 1962 (see 16 A D 2d 903) is amended to the extent of striking the designation of Maey Halpert, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal taken by defendant-appellant from the judgment of the Court of General 'Sessions, New York County, rendered on March 26,1962, and by substituting therefor Arthur Addess, Esq., of 149 West 72nd St., New York 23, N.
