People v. Gibbons (181 A.D.2d 912, 1992)

— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Kramer, J.), rendered September 28, 1990, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
