Appeal from an order of the County Court, Kings County, denying a motion to dismiss an indictment. Appeal dismissed. The order herein is not appealable, and is reviewable only on an appeal from a judgment of conviction. (Code Crim. Pro., § 517; People v. Young, 264 App. Div. 747.) Wenzel, Acting P.
