People v. Tornetto (22 A.D.2d 693, 1964)

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 26, 1963 on his plea of guilty, convicting him of robbery in the third degree, and imposing sentence upon him as a second felony offender.
