Kalish v. Alvin Adler Contractor, Inc. (24 A.D.2d 748, 1965)

Order, entered on June 2, 1965, denying a motion by defendant Montieello Plate Glass Company for a change of venue to Sullivan County, unanimously reversed on the law, the facts and in the exercise of discretion, with $30 costs and disbursements to appellant and the motion granted, with $10 costs.
