People v. Green (29 A.D.2d 642, 1968)

Judgment of conviction unanimously modified, on the law, to the extent of directing that the sentence for grand larceny in the first degree shall run concurrently with the sentence for robbery in the first degree, instead of consecutively, and otherwise affirmed.
