Decker v. City of Troy (38 A.D.2d 640, 1971)

Appeal from an order of Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Rensselaer County, which denied a motion by defendant, City of Troy, for a protective order. We have approved discovery under similar circumstances. (Long v. State of New York, 33 A D 2d 621.) Order affirmed, without costs. Herlihy, P.
