People v. Finizio (16 A.D.3d 1079, 2005)

— Appeal from a judgment of the Cayuga County Court (Peter E. Corning, J.), rendered May 22, 2003. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
