People v. Gronek (38 A.D.3d 1300, 2007)

Appeal from a judgment of the Erie County Court (Sheila A. DiTullio, J.), rendered September 22, 2004. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
