Plaintiff Tina Maniscalco (“Ms. Manis-calco”) brings this action pursuant to Sec-tiom 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (the “Act”), challenging the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) denying her claim for Social Security Disability Insurance (“SSDI”) benefits and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits. Before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion for an Order Reversing the Commissioner’s Decision [Dkt. 16], and Defendant’s Motion for an Order Affirming the Commissioner’s Decision [Dkt. 21].
