MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

SAFFELS, District Judge.

' This matter is before the court on the motion of the defendant for summary judgment (Doc. 36).

The plaintiff, Cynthia L. Thompson, filed this suit against the defendant, La Petite Academy, Inc. (“La Petite”) after she was terminated from her employment as a eo
