PER CURIAM. Upon stipulation of counsel for respective parties, and good cause therefor appearing, ordered appeal from the District Court, 24 F.Supp. 991, and petition for allowance of appeal heretofore filed in this court be, and each hereby is, dismissed, that a decree of dismissal be filed and entered' accordingly, and mandate of this court issued forthwith.
