BROWN, District Judge.

This is a libel of information against the British steam screw Gemma, praying condemnation and forfeiture for violations of the customs laws of the United States.

The Gemma had a certificate of British registry, issued at Montreal, P. Q., Canada, on the 7th day of July, 1922. She is 135.6 feet .in length and 321.44 gross tonnage.
