PER CURIAM. After study of the briefs and the record in this case we see no occasion for further discussion of the valid reasons cogently and clearly set forth in the opinion of Judge Smith, 50 F.Supp. 395, for declaring the claims of the patent sub judice to be invalid. Accordingly, the judgment of the District Court is affirmed.
