ALMOND, Judge.
This appeal is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals affirming the examiner’s rejection on prior art under 35 U.S.C. § 103 of claims 1, 5 and 6 in appellant’s application for “Modified Hydrocarbon Polymers.”
The invention relates to a copolymer comprising at least 50 mol percent ethylene and at least 0.1-25 mol percent
