PER CURIAM: Affirmed. See Local Rule 21. Judgment was entered for the bank in a suit on a note. A counterclaim and third party complaint are pending in the district court and this appeal was allowed under Rule 54(b), F.R.Civ.P. There was no error in the grant of summary judgment for the bank. . See NLRB v. Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America, 5 Cir. 1970, 430 F. 2d 966.
