PER CURIAM: Affirmed. See Local Rule 21., . See N. L. R. B. v. Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America, 5 Cir., 1970, 430 F.2d 966. . Appellants are inmates at the Wichita County jail and instituted this action seeking “federal intervention” in the operation of the Sheriff’s Department and the District Attorney’s office in Wichita County concerning conditions at the jail. They appeal from the district court’s denial of injunctive relief.
