These bankruptcy proceedings have to do with two corporations, and there is before the court, on a motion to revise, report of the referee having both cases the receiver of both for use and ^ the premises 15 Snyder avenue, in this borough.

The owner of the property (a storage warehouse) was the Aville Realty Corporartion. Apparently Holden Warehouses, Ine., wag ^ occupant; £md ^ reporfc is re¿derecí under the title of the latter proceeding. ■
