PER CURIAM: All pending motions for rehearing and requests for injunctive relief are denied. The matter is remanded to the trial court in accordance with our opinion rendered on March 20, 1981, reported at 639 F.2d 1384, and supplemented by the holding of the Supreme Court of the United States in Rogers v. Lodge,-U.S.-, 102 S.Ct. 3272, 73 L.Ed.2d 1012 (1982).
