ORDER The mandate of the United States Supreme Court certified on June 2, 1993, in Cisneros v. Alpine Ridge, — U.S.-, 113 S.Ct. 1898, 123 L.Ed.2d 572 reversed the judgment of this court. Therefore, we vacate our opinion at 955 F.2d 1382 (9th Cir.1992), reverse the district court, and remand to the district court for further proceedings which are consistent with the opinion of the Supreme Court.
