The orders of the district court appealed from are vacated, and the case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings consistent with the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States in Nobleman v. American Savings Bank, 508 U.S.-, 113 S.Ct. 2106, 124 L.Ed.2d 228 (1993). Debtors’ “Motion to Consider One Point on Remand” is DENIED, without prejudice to their raising it in the district court or bankruptcy court on remand from this court.
