The complainants, as shown by the statement, claim to be the heirs and distributees of Jacob Foreman, and the parties defendant against whom relief is sought are Hartridge and L’Engle, as administrators of Sanderson, who, at his death, in June, 1871, was administrator de bonis non of Foreman, under an appointment made August 6th, 1860, and George Wheaton Deans, as administrator de bonis
