Waterfront Commission v. Marchitto (10 N.Y.2d 785, 1961)

We read the order of the Appellate Division, entered May 12, 1961, as one granting a stay pending determination of appellant’s present application for leave to appeal. It is unnecessary, therefore, to pass on the motion directed to this court for a further stay.
