People v. Hill (15 N.Y.2d 722, 1965)

Determination of the appeal withheld and the case as to defendant Catanzaro remitted to the Supreme Court, New York County, for further proceedings consistent with People v. Huntley (15 N Y 2d 72), decided herewith. Defendant Catanzaro is free to move the trial court for the assignment of an attorney to represent him on the hearing. [See 13 N Y 2d 842, 986, 378 U.
