OPINION OF THE COURT
On summary consideration, order affirmed, with costs. There was no error of law in the disposition at the Appellate Division (see Hickland v Hickland, 39 NY2d 1, cert den 429 US 941; and Kay v Kay, 37 NY2d 632).
