OPINION OF THE COURT

Upon reargument, following remand by the Supreme Court of the United States, judgment reversed, with costs, and determination of the State Liquor Authority annulled (Brown-Forman Distillers Corp. v New York State Liq. Auth., 476 US —, 106 S Ct 2080).
