OPINION OF THE COURT
Order affirmed, with costs, for reasons stated in the memorandum of the Appellate Division (121 AD2d 289). We note that the order of adoption is not subject to challenge by plaintiff in a collateral proceeding (Domestic Relations Law § HO).
