{¶ 1} The judgment of the court of appeals is affirmed on the authority of State v. Aalim, 150 Ohio St.3d 489, 2017-Ohio-2956, 83 N.E.3d 883.

dissents for the reasons stated in his dissenting opinion in State v. Aalim, 150 Ohio St.3d 489, 2017-Ohio-2956, 83 N.E.3d 883, would reverse the judgment of the court of appeals pursuant to State v. Aalim, 150 Ohio St.3d 463, 2016-Ohio-8278, 83 N.E.3d 862, and would remand the cause to the juvenile court for an amenability determination consistent with R.C. 2152.12(B).
