Coshocton App. No. 01CA1, 2001-0hio-1556. The discretionary appeal is allowed. Sua sponte, this cause is remanded to the court of appeals to consider the App.R. 26(B) application for reopening pursuant to S.Ct.Prac.R. II(2)(D)(1).
