Petition dismissed. State, ex rel. Springer, v. Hadley et al., 50 Ohio St., 167, and State, ex rel. Attorney-General, v. Spiedel, 62 Ohio St., 156, are authority for the conclusion that there is no vacancy in the office of the prosecuting attorney of Plamilton county. Other questions not considered.
