Ball v. City of Tampa (100 So. 2d 669, 1958)

This is a companion case with the case of Bryant v. City of Tampa, 100 So.2d 665, a municipal corporation under the laws of Florida, case number 35. This case is reversed under the authority of our opinion in said case number 35.

Reversed.
