PER CURIAM.
The writ having been issued and argument heard and after further examination of the record and briefs, it appearing that the writ of certiorari was improvidently issued, the writ is hereby discharged and the cause dismissed. See Williams v. Noel, Fla., 112 So.2d 5.
Writ discharged.
