PER CURIAM.
The interlocutory appeal from the order denying motion for a summary final decree is affirmed on authority of Dean v. Gold Coast Theatres, Inc., Fla.App.1963, 156 So.2d 546. We have not overlooked Martin v. Highway Equipment Supply Co., Fla.App. 1965, 172 So.2d 246.
The appeal from the order on the rule to show cause is likewise affirmed.
