The decision in this cause has been presented for review by certiorari upon certificate of the appellate court that it passes, upon a question of great public interest. Upon authority of the opinion in a companion case, State v. Barton, opinion filed January 4, 1967, 194 So.2d 241, the decision in this cause should not be disturbed and the writ is accordingly discharged.
