PER CURIAM.

This is an original proceeding in this court for a writ of prohibition. The writ is denied and the Rule Nisi heretofore entered is discharged on the authority of Woodward v. Edwards, Fourth District Court of Appeal, 244 So.2d 438, opinion filed December 11, 1970.
