PER CURIAM.

This is a companion case to that of Awbrey et ux. v. City of Panama City Beach, Fla.App., 283 So.2d 114, in which an opinion of affirmance has this day been filed. The judgment appealed herein is affirmed on the authority of our decision in Awbrey, supra.

Affirmed.
