Travelers Insurance Co. v. Dobbs (339 So. 2d 1162, 1976)

PER CURIAM.

The partial summary judgment entered below is reversed upon the authority of Travelers Insurance Company v. Pac, 337 So.2d 397 (Fla.2d DCA 1976). In fairness to the trial judge, we hasten to point out that his decision predated our opinion in the Pac case.

REVERSED.
