State v. Caprio (362 So. 2d 338, 1978)

PER CURIAM.

The order of dismissal under review is reversed on the authority of State v. Sobel, 363 So.2d 324 (Fla.1978).

The cause is returned to the trial court for further proceedings not inconsistent with State v. Sobel, supra.

Reversed and remanded, with directions.
