PER CURIAM.

Sound, legal discretion is afforded a trial judge in matters arising under Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.540(b), where that discretion is based on accepted legal principles. Cf. United States v. Gould, 301 F.2d 353 (5th Cir. 1962).
